Roshan advanced from Energy Engineer to Manager of Energy Efficiency during an eight year tenure at Eversource Energy. Roshan focuses at NESG on sales within the consulting, client engagement, and utility space, while supporting the firm’s vision of education and demand generation across the electrical channel.

Bringing more than 20 years of experience across the electrical distribution, lighting and energy sectors. His background includes navigating utility incentive programs, electrification retrofits, EV charging infrastructure, sports lighting development, transformer efficiency upgrades, and complex distribution solutions. Berube helps guide the firm’s strategic direction while delivering key manufacturer solutions throughout the region.
